No — as long as we know where your bins are located, we’ll take care of everything.
Where should I leave my bins?
Please keep bins in a consistent, accessible location such as the driveway, side yard, or near the garage so we can reliably service them each week.
What if my bins are inside a closed garage or behind a gate?
That’s fine — just include any access details, such as a code or instructions, during signup so we can plan accordingly.
What happens after I sign up?
We’ll confirm your address, service option, and details before your first pickup. If we need any additional information, we’ll reach out.
Will I receive service regardless of weather?
Yes — we operate rain or shine as long as your scheduled city pickup is still taking place.
How long does the intro pricing last?
The discounted rate applies to your first month only. Rates will automatically increase to the standard amount on the first of the following month unless you cancel before that time.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contracts — you can cancel at any time. Service will continue through the end of your current billing period.
Can I receive service notifications?
Yes — optional notifications and photo confirmation are available. You can update your preferences anytime through your client portal.
What time will my bins be rolled out?
Bins are typically placed at the curb the evening before pickup. Exact timing may vary, and optional notifications are available if you'd like updates.
I have more than two bins. Can you service all of them?
Yes — additional bins can be included for a small monthly fee, currently $3 per additional bin.
Why are you only servicing the Moores Mill area right now?
We’re starting with Tuesday routes in South Auburn to build efficient service. Additional areas may be added as we expand.
How will I be billed?
All clients are required to keep a credit or debit card on file through our secure portal. Your card will be automatically charged in advance on the 1st of each month. No card on file means service cannot be provided. See our terms for full details.
