We fill to about 2½ inches—a researched “sweet spot.” Too little and cats can’t bury properly; too much wastes litter and clumps unevenly. This depth balances odor control, digging comfort, and cost efficiency for most cats.
Even self-cleaning boxes need regular deep cleaning, refilling, and waste disposal—and they still build up odor and bacteria. We handle all of it for you, so you always have a spotless, freshly sanitized box and new litter without touching a thing (no rake jams or sensor hiccups to worry about).
We appreciate the thought, but we can’t use personal boxes. Our service relies on standardized boxes that fit our cleaning, transport, and refill system. Using the same size and style keeps things efficient, ensures a proper seal and sanitation, and helps us keep pricing consistent.
Most cats switch over easily. You can place the new box next to the old one for a day, or sprinkle a small amount of used litter on top so it “smells like home.” If needed, we can make small tweaks on your next swap.
Yes—weekly or biweekly, depending on your plan. Times can vary as we optimize routes, but we’ll send an “on the way” message so you know when to expect us.
Not at all—as long as we have access to your outdoor trash and the exchange area, we can handle everything contact-free.
Each box is professionally cleaned between uses with pet-safe disinfectant, dedicated tools, and thorough rinsing, then air-dried before refilling. Your box returns fresh, odor-free, and ready to use.
We observe Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving (Nov 26–27), and Dec 24–31. If service is disrupted and we can’t provide an alternate day during any holiday, billing may be adjusted upon request.
Just like our pooper scooper service, we make billing simple and automatic. Your credit or debit card on file will be charged in advance on the 1st of each month. If you start service mid-month, we’ll prorate your first payment so you only pay for the days you receive service. The total cost depends on the tier and frequency option you choose. We do not accept any alternative forms of payment or billing options at this time.
No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime—just give us a quick heads-up before your next scheduled exchange so we can update your route and billing.
Yes, please. We dispose of used litter in your outdoor bin (bagged and sealed). This keeps the process clean, quick, and odor-controlled.
We provide two boxes per cat for rotation. The refundable deposit replaces a setup fee and returns in full after 3 months when boxes are returned undamaged.
